10. - Mission 001 (tickets MVP, ticket 0001) written to missions/001-tickets-mvp.md and started as an Opus subagent from the architect session. App folder: loreana:/media/STORAGE/projects/tickets.worldapi.org, dev port 8350.
11. - Mission 001 finished: tickets MVP on loreana:8350, gate 57/57 verified by architect, screenshots checked. Hybriel issues filed as tickets #6-#9, ticket #1 awaiting creator. tokens.css updated in layouts.worldapi.org.

14. - Creator confirmed #1 in the UI. Filed #10 (review fixes). Started mission 002 (#10) and ident mission 001 (old 003) (#2 ident, redirect+code-exchange login flow) in parallel as Opus subagents.
15. - Mission 002 done, verified live by architect (10 tickets intact, local time, strict API 400, gate 93/93). #10 awaiting creator. 4 new hybriel issues from the report not filed yet.
16. - Creator: file hybriel bugs (#11-#14 filed), proceed with suggestions -> #15, mission 003 (old 004) started.
17. - Mission 003 (old 004) done, verified live (author 400, invalid JSON 400, 22 tickets intact, gate 119/119). #15 awaiting creator, hybriel #23 filed.
18. - Creator filed #38 (per-project ticket numbers). Mission 004 (old 008) started (#38 + UUID + storage/mpackdb). Filed #39 (same conventions for ident, after 007).
19. - Mission 004 (old 008) done, verified live (40 tickets, per-project numbers, 301 redirects, gate 164/164). #38 (now tickets.worldapi.org#5) awaiting creator. Docs: refs are per project now, old numbers resolve.
20. - Deploy prep: old ident container purged, cloudflare-client-ip.conf, tickets bootstrap vhost + cert, ports in web README. ident Mission 006 (old 010) started.
21. - Creator: tickets public without temporary protection; ident login for tickets comes next.
22. - Creator agreed: JSON writes + Markdown text fields + Markdown read view (tickets ticket filed); JSON report schema noted on scheduler ticket (#4).

24. - DEPLOYED tickets + ident to Byrodin (real domains). Data moved, Loreana dev servers stopped, nginx vhosts (ident 45002 + X-Client-IP, tickets 45003), deploy.sh used for both. Verified with curl + real Chrome.
25. - Login mail failed on Byrodin: no libssl/CAs in debian:12-slim. Added Dockerfile (libssl3 + ca-certificates) to both apps, deploy.sh --build, redeployed. Lesson in worker guide.
26. - antcolony#4 (deploy) confirmed by the creator. Waiting for answers on the tickets-login concept (7 points) before mission 005 (old 011).
27. - Creator: yes to all 7 tickets-login points, keys in .env; ident will hand over properties at first handshake later (ident#11). tickets CONCEPT.md written. Mission 005 (old 011) started (tickets#7). tickets now behind Cloudflare.

33. - Mission 007 (old 014) started (tickets#8 edit, #6 Markdown, #11 gate).
34. - ident Mission 007 (old 013) done. Its deploy failed twice on ident apps gate: port collision with mission 007 (old 014) dev pair (8372/8373). Deploy postponed until 014 ends. Lesson: disjoint ports per worker (README, scheduler draft).
35. - Mission 007 (old 014) revealed a live stored XSS in hl:webex (hybriel#34). Patched tickets + ident, deployed both (tickets with 014, ident with 013), verified escaping live. Filed hybriel#34-#36. Guide updated.
36. - Mission 008 (old 017) (tickets#4 parent/child) started in parallel to 016.
37. - Mission 008 (old 017) (parent/child) deployed, gate 402/402. Architect token got 403 linking legacy ident tickets (as designed) - creator does it.
38. - Creator: Math is a plugin (hl:math) - corrected hybriel#38 and the guide. antcolony Mission 018 (shared tokens) deployed to tickets + ident; accents verified live (purple / orange win after the shared :root).
39. - STATUS.md rewritten as a clean snapshot. antcolony Mission 020 (daemon) started. Creator filed tickets#12 (Markdown wysiwyg editor).
40. - Creator: "why are you waiting on things I know nothing about - its nowhere in the system". Filed all 9 open questions as awaiting-creator tickets (antcolony#5-7, tickets#13-15, ident#12-14). Found antcolony#3 REJECTED ("not even remotely solved as described") - missed it. Lessons added. Redo #3 as described (antcolony mission 021).
41. - antcolony Mission 020 verified (e2e 144). Questions filed antcolony#8-#10, hybriel#40. Blockers linked (tickets#12<-#14, ident#7<-ident#14), ident#8 + #11 on hold. antcolony Mission 022 started. Colony identity dropped: scheduler uses the Archi Tect token (copied to Loreana).
42. - Creator answered 13 question tickets (bypass stays, weekly limit 84%, wysiwyg concept accepted, icons any URL, urgent within switches, time zones = hybriel). Applied: concept updates, unlinked answered questions, tickets#12 unblocked, ident#7 on hold (waits for hybriel time zones). Creator: will reject unreadable tickets -> hard limits added to the ticket-text convention.
43. - Creator: tickets history stays; only the comments inside it use the comments component (layouts#2 summary edited).
44. - Mission 009 (old 024) (md-editor) deployed to tickets (gate 418). tickets#12 awaiting creator. Filed a small tidy ticket.
45. - antcolony Mission 026 verified (e2e 234, continuation brief checked for ident#2). Live batch started: ident#2, tickets#12, gitoria#2.
46. - LIVE batch 1 done: ident#2, tickets#12, gitoria#2 all PASS ($6.36). Architect deployed ident + tickets (all gates), wrote readable live test steps. Found: test steps unreadable one-liners, "ready to test" before deploy, trivial/answered questions -> antcolony mission 027. Decision recorded: shared components live in layouts.worldapi.org.
47. - Deployed the first two tickets the live scheduler built on its own: ident#15 (avatar URL), tickets#16 (tidy); gates green; colony deployed -> awaiting creator.
48. - Answered 4 needless worker questions myself (ident#18, tickets#17, #18, gitoria#3); creator only needs to confirm them.
50. ## 2026-09-25
51. - deploy.sh (ident) refused because of other sessions' headless Chromes (Anton's framework/social tests + an orphan from 02:14): check now counts only Chromes new since the gates began and not owned by a running node test (tested against the live process list). Same check copied to tickets/gitoria deploy.sh (identical block, syntax checked; first real run at their next deploy).
52. - tickets' gate had the same pre-ident#20 sign-in step: fixed the same way, tickets browser gate 418/418 (no deploy needed, test-only).
53. - 10:25 Creator: confirming just to answer feels wrong -> proposal filed on tickets (comment by creator on awaiting-creator = state 'answered'). Scheduler/librarian must learn 'answered' when it lands.
54. - 10:55 Creator redesign of tickets#19: tickets wait for a PERSON, per-user inbox (today the inbox is global: inboxCount() for everyone). First build ('answered' state) not deployed; ticket rewritten and set to open -> scheduler reworks it.
55. - 10:48 Creator: "we probably need to add creator and assignee" -> scheduler stopped (session parked), tickets#19 rewritten (creator + assignee, per-user inbox), reopened, scheduler restarted: fresh session s-20260925T0847-af6abd with the new text. Quota at restart: 5h 97%, week 99% (limits off per creator).
56. - 10:50 Creator: "how can [you] rewrite a ticket i am just starting to discuss what to do?!" -> scheduler stopped again, tickets.worldapi.org#19 set ON HOLD (draft only), scheduler restarted, leaves #19 alone. The tickets folder on Loreana holds the undeployed "answered" build + a 2-min partial edit (users.hl) -> do NOT deploy tickets; live Byrodin copy = last good state. Lesson: creator thinking aloud about a design is NOT an order - discuss first, file/start only when he decides.
57. - Creator: "ident has no notifications" - ident's inbox + /api/notify exist (piece 4), but NO app sends any (tickets/gitoria never call /api/notify).

60. - 01:30 Anton fixed hybriel#103/#104 on master (d9aa12e7..0c285350, general range ownership + awaited client calls). antcolony Mission 036 started: re-vendor ident + tickets (no open tickets there -> scheduler stays out). The other 4 apps get 0c285350 later (same client fixes).
61. - 02:00 antcolony Mission 036: ident + tickets on hybriel master 837fe120 (incl. #103/#104), all gates green (ident 132/105/99/23/39/130 + hardening 17, signoutall 6; tickets 423). ident DEPLOYED: hashed URLs, plugins/webex parked (/CONTAINERS/projects/ident-stale-20260926), live sign-in send->/code->reload OK, test mail removed. tickets NOT deployed (folder holds undecided #19 half-state).
62. - 09:35 Creator's projects/roles/states ticket lost in his browser -> architect wrote it: tickets.worldapi.org#20 (projects as records by id, slug editable, members via ident#22 invites, roles use/edit/admin, created by + assigned to, states open/progress/pending/review/reopened/done/canceled with migration, per-person inbox pending+review, creator-only workflow removed, old state names as API aliases). Supersedes #19. DEPLOY ONLY together with a scheduler/librarian/tools update for the new states+roles (architect mission).
63. - 09:55 Creator: yes to the tickets<->gitoria proposal; identity ids: ONE public short id per identity (like a68sz) for all apps, per-app ids removed. Filed: ident#23 (public short id + migration mapping), tickets#21 (connect an app to a project), gitoria#18 (connect repo, #12 links both ways), hybriel#108 (embed another app's component). Order via holds: ident#23 -> tickets#20 -> tickets#21 -> gitoria#18 (architect opens each after the previous is live). tickets#20/#21 deploy only with the scheduler update for new states/roles.
64. - 13:05 Scheduler: e2e 343/343 + agent 46/46 (stable copies), restarted with antcolony #14-#17 (scheduler/agent split, capabilities, per-account quota, keywords) -> deployed. tickets#20 resumed cleanly. #27 opened first; #18-#24 reopen once #27 runs; #13 held for the events stream.
65. - 13:25 Bug: restart killed tickets#20's worker for parking but the end handler recorded WORK FAILED (race) -> fresh session instead of resume; filed as antcolony ticket. #20 continues in a new session on the folder's work.
66. - 13:35 Switch-day parts ready: ident#23, tickets#20, antcolony#27; tickets#22 (author userId on events, filed by the #27 worker) building in the tickets folder. Switch after #22.
67. - 18:12 After the scheduler restart #28 ended half done and restarted at once (#30 loop; it cannot prove anything while the e2e is broken) -> #28 on hold; antcolony#31 (e2e setup) now running; tickets#21 (connect) running. #24 still has the stale lease from the 17:55 stop (expires ~19:49).
68. - 18:35 tickets#21 (connect app to project) deployed (233/0 — no new connect checks; sealed worker could not run gates) -> gitoria#18 opened (end-to-end test there). Filed antcolony ticket: sealed box must see dependsOn folders read-only.
