17. ## Scope
18. 1. **#8 (creator): "Make tickets editable by its author."** The author of a ticket (the logged-in user who
19. created it) can edit its subject and summary — web UI and API (token). The history stays append-only: an
20. edit is a new event that keeps the previous values. Tickets created before the login existed have only an
21. author string (no user): decide the smallest consistent rule (e.g. nobody edits them, or only the creator)
22. and list it. Anyone else → refused (403 in the API).
23. 2. **#6: Markdown.**
24. - The UI renders Markdown in text fields (summary, comments, state notes): headings, lists, code (inline +
25. blocks), links, emphasis — **safely**: no raw HTML, no scripts, `javascript:` links refused.
26. - Read view for LLMs: `Accept: text/markdown` on the ticket GET endpoints returns a compact Markdown document
27. (single ticket with its full history; list endpoints one line per ticket). JSON responses unchanged.
28. 3. **#11: gate robust under load.** The "ident down" phase must not race page loads (console check
29. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on selector.js), and waits must not time out when other browsers run on the machine.
30. Prove it: run the gate 3 times in a row green while a second headless Chrome load runs (e.g. a loop loading
31. pages), and report the runs.

34. - Develop in `loreana:/media/STORAGE/projects/tickets.worldapi.org` via `.scratch/dev-m014`, copy back when
35. green. Own ident instance only (mail sink), never the live ident, never real mail.
36. - Another worker is changing ident right now: read ident's code only, don't touch `/media/STORAGE/projects/ident.worldapi.org`
37. beyond starting your own test instance from it as the gate already does.
38. - No git. No `.env` access. Don't touch Byrodin. Don't POST to the live tickets server. Only kill your own PIDs.
39. Clean up headless Chromes (`--disable-gpu`). Only open copies of mpackdb stores. Scratch only in the app's
40. `.scratch/` (NOT the architect's scratchpad on Byrodin).
41. - If any action is refused by the permission system, don't retry or work around it; report it.
42. - A test is the whole process: real browsers + API. Live data (existing tickets/events) must survive: no
43. migration step if avoidable. Screenshots at 390px and 1280px (edit form, a Markdown-rich ticket), look at them.
